Cross High School’s Rod Wilson wins the Superbowl as an assistant on the Kansas City Chiefs staff. Rod Wilson went on to play college football at the University of South Carolina, and was drafted by the Bears in the 7th round. After spending time with bears, Rod played for the Tampa Bay Bucs.

Rod started his coaching career with the Charleston Southern Buccaneers and from there spent a short time at Furman. Rod makes history by playing in the Superbowl with the Bears, to winning the Superbowl as a coach. Cross High School salutes Rod Wilson.
